Dr. Yitzhak Reiter graduated his PhD at the Hebrew University, Department of Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies in 1991. He served in teaching positions at the Hebrew University since 1988. He chaired the Department of Islamic & Middle Eastern Studies of the Rehovot Branch of the University between 1996-1999 and was in charge of the M.A. studies program and a student counselor of the department between 2002-2004.
