 | | During his LL.B. studies, Eli Bukspan served as a member of the Editorial Board of the Tel-Aviv University Law Review in 1988/1989 and as an Associate Editor of the Tel-Aviv University Law Review in 1989/1990. After completed his LL.B. studies (Magna Cum Laude), Bukspan served as a law clerk for Chief-Justice Meir Shamgar, former President of the Supreme Court of Israel in 1991-1992. He then clerked in the law firm of S. Horwitz & Co. in Tel-Aviv before going to Harvard Law School for his graduate studies. Bukspan is a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1992.
