​​​​Prof. Yair Tauman.png​Prof. Yair Tauman, Dean
Professor Yair Tauman is a leading Professor of Economics at the State University of New York, Stony Brook and the Director of the Center for Game Theory in Economics at Stony Brook. He studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem where he obtained​ his B.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistics and an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Mathematics, the latter two under the supervision of Robert Aumann. His research interests are game theory and industrial organization. He has been published in Econometrica, Games and Economic Behavior, the Journal of Economic Theory, the Quarterly Journal of Economics and the RAND Journal of Economics. Tauman has been the organizer of the longest and most established series of International Summer Conferences in Game Theory (for over 25 years). He has been on the Faculty at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and has also served as the dean of the business school at IDC Herzliya. He has been the academic director of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program since 2009.

​35.jpg​Dr. Yossi Maaravi, Vice Dean
Dr. Yossi Maaravi is in charge of the major in Entre​preneurial Management, the head of the B.A. program in Entrepreneurship, the academic director of the CO-OP Startup Experience course, the head of the LEUMI Center for Innovation and the director of IDC IMPACT. Yossi obtained his B.A. from the "Amirim" honors program at the Hebrew University. He completed his PhD. in Business in the direct program for excellent students at Tel Aviv University. Yossi's research focuses on decision-making, negotiation and creativity. Dr. Maaravi has vast field experience both as an entre​preneur and as a management consultant. He has more than 20 years of experience in teaching and training young adults, students and managers from Israel, US, Singapore, Germany and China. He is also the author of two children's books and a book on negotiation. 

​gali.png​Dr. Gali Einav
Dr. Gali Einav is Head of the Entrepreneurship Minor Track Program. She holds a PhD in Interactive Television from Columbia University and has served as an Adjunct Professor of Digital Media at IDC Herzliya since 2008. Gali’s research interests include​ the impact of digital transformation on media industries and consumer behavior. Gali is an Advisory Board member for Niels​en Innovate, an early stage investment arm of Nielsen.  Previously, she worked in the Business Planning and Development team at Canoe Ventures, a consortium of US cable operators developing interactive ad formats for live television. Prior to that, Dr. Einav led the Digital Insights and Innovations Research group at NBC Universal, overseeing strategic, business and consumer research across digital platform.

Dr. Gail Gilboa Freedman
Dr. Gail Gilboa Freedman is the director of the FinTech and Data Analysis Division in Tiomkin School of Economics.  She graduated from the Technion with B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science (cum laude), and with M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics.  She holds a Ph.D. from the School of Mathematical Sciences in Tel Aviv University, and she did two postdoctoral research internships. Over the years Dr. Gilboa-Freedman worked as a research-developer in IBM Research Lab, and as a data-scientist in Citi Innovation Lab. Her expertise are in the area of Privacy, Data Science and Network Science. Her projects combine theoretical work with application-oriented research.

Moran Nir is the Executive Director of the Zell Program. She hold a B.A. in computer science, with a major in entrepreneurshi​p from the Zell Program at IDC Herzliya, where she also received the Efi Arazi Scholarship for leadership. Her work experience is diverse, she led the MassChallenge Israel accelerator program and worked in several startups, including two which she founded. Moran is a guest lecturer at entrepreneurial events and is passionate about innovation, community and education, and connecting them to make a difference.

Nava Swersky Sofer is Managing Director of IDC Beyond, IDC Herzliya's new Presidential Programme designed to empower participants to develop and launch innovative ventures that apply exponential tec​hnologies to help solve 21st century global challenges. She brings over 25 years of international experience as an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, senior executive, innovation​ & technology commercialization expert living and working in three continents and is a frequently-invited speaker in leading international forums.

​32.jpg​Mr. Gabi Gluck
Gabi made Aliya from Johannesburg, South Africa in 2008. After completing his undergraduate degree in Communications at IDC, he continued his studies, doing a GMBA specialising in innovation and entrepreneurship, also at IDC, where he co-founded a startup in the sharing economy space. In the past 4 years, Gabi has also been a TA in the Sammy Ofer School of Communications for courses in New Media and Interactive Media Platforms. He now acts as the Industry Relations and Programs Coordinator at the Adelson School of ​Entrepreneurship.

Arielle Beniacar is the Program Coordinator for IDCBeyond.
Before joining the staff of the IDCBeyond Program she worked as a researcher.
Arielle holds a degree in Government from the IDC with a specialization in International Affairs and Conflict Resolution.
Arielle made Aliya from Australia in 2009, and served in the IDF as an instructor in the Combat Engineering Corps.
She is an alumna of the HESEG foundation and has volunteered as counselor for the Garin Tzabar program.

Dana holds a BA degree from Bar- Ilan University in Israel, majoring in Social Studies.
Dana is the Head of the Dean's Office, at the  Adelson School of Entrepreneurship.
As part of Dana's responsibilities, she will continue her long-time service in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at IDC, as its Program Coordinator.

​The Project Manager of the program is Mr. Gil Karie, former deputy editor-in-chief of Forbes magazine in Israel. Gil participated in various large scale conference activities and gained over the years a deep knowledge of the field and the people lea​ding it. Gil holds a B.A in communication and film from Tel Aviv University.

VP Marketing and Business Strategy at Inneractive.
Yoni Argaman is the VP Marketing and Business Strategy at Inneractive, where he leads all marketing, product marketing and business development activities. Prior to Inneractive, Yoni held product management and product marketing positions at Yahoo and Amazon and worked as a tech lawyer at Fischer, Behar, Hen, Well, Orion, one of Israel's leading law firms. A contributor to TechCrunch and Ve​nture Beat, Yoni holds an MBA from New York University and an LLB (Cum Laude) and LLM (Magna Cum Laude) from Bar-Ilan University.

Partner at Benhamou Global Ventures (BGV).
Dr. Barak Ben-Avinoam is a Partner at Benhamou Global Ventures (BGV), a Silicon Valley-based early stage venture capital fund that focuses on enterprise IT innovation. Barak is an expert in the field of early-stage investments, accelerators and incubators. Barak h​olds a Doctorate of Business Administration, with honors, from the International School of Management, Paris, France, and a B.Sc. in Information Systems, with honors, from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA.
​Ms. Rachel Benziman
Attorney Rachel Benziman, an expert, consultant and researcher in the field of social enterprises. Lecturer and coordinator of the social entrepreneurship specialization at the Hebrew University MA program of Non-profit Management in the School of Social Work; lecturer at Ben Gurion University  in the MBA program of social leadership; consultant to the National Insurance Institute on social enterprises; a human rights lawyer with experience of over 25 years of working and volunteering in Israel's nonprofit sector.
​31.jpg​Dr. Orly Idan
Dr. Orly Idan teaches psycholinguistics; language, emotion and conflict; and academic research and writing at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya and is a senior associate researcher at the Psychology of Intergroup Conflict and Reconciliation Lab at the Baruch Ivcher School of Psychology at IDC Herzliya, and at the Martin Springer Center for Conflict Studies at Ben Gurion University. Her current research interests are the effect of linguistic cues on inducing and regulating emotions within the context of intractable conflicts; discourse analysis of Israeli students' encounters with narratives of the other; mentalization and language development; resilience sources; and, salutogenic interventions in conflictual settings. She was a postdoctoral associate at the Salutogenic Research Center and the Conflict Management Program at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, focusing on a sense of coherence-based assessment aimed at evaluating an acute psychiatric in-patient unit's needs and development of an intervention program. Her PhD dissertation from Tel Aviv University focused on resilience sources, socio-emotional self-perceptions, family climate and hopeful thinking among students (advisor: Prof. Malka Margalit). She completed her M.A degree in psycholinguistics (advisors: Prof. Avner Ziv and Prof. Elite Olshtein) at Tel Aviv University. 
​5.jpg​Dr. Alex Coman
Dr. Coman is a veteran of the Hi-tech industry - worked, taught, consulted or served on the board of companies including IBM Research, AT&T, Intel, eBay, Samsung, Stratasys, Marvel, Syngenta, Nov​onordisk, Synopsys, PowerDsine, Motorola, Intel, Elbit, ECI, Comverse, Teva, Rafael, Pelephone, Orange, Elta and more.Dr. Coman headed the Technion's program in Information Technology, was on the founding team of Izrael College and the first head of its Computer Science department.
Dr. Coman published numerous ac​ademic articles, chaired academic panels in international conferences and taught in the US, the Netherlands and at Bocconi University in Milan. The creator of the ARENA model and numerous tools for strategic technology management Coman is currently commissioned by Springer to write a book on technology strategic management.
Dr. Coman is a regular expert on Hi-Tec issues on TV programs such as Layla Calcaly (Economic Night), London and Kirshenbaum, Channel Ten, Nine, Reshet, Keshet, I24 news editions, Real-Estate Secrets and more. Vision, Focus, Delivery and Value creation. Organizations are established to create value. The triple-bottom-line concept identifies three components: Profit, People and Planet. Using real-world examples from leading CEOs we illustrate the importance of pivoting the focus according to external Mega-trends. We illustrate the impact of Political-Economical-Social and Technological megatrends of companies from various sectors. Obstacles to innovation are illustrated including Groupthink, Analysis-Paralysis and Polarity. Examples span companies from Apple to Jacuzzi, from McDonalds to Boeing including Non-Profit examples. The presentation is tailored to the audience's Arena.
​6.jpg​Dr. Jacob Greenshpan
Dr. Jacob Greenshpan has a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology and user interface design. Building innovative, top-of-the-line UX solutions and applications has been his passion for the last 20+ years. Before becoming an independent consultant, he cofounded two companies: UI Ltd. (which is the largest company in Israel for UX design) and Applied Cognitive Engineering, Ltd​. (ACE) for cognitive training. In addition to working as strategic UX consultant, Jacob coordinates the UX activity for Google’s Launchpad program, an acceleration program for startups. He has  created UX expert communities for helping startups in Berlin, Paris, Barcelona, Bangalore, Rio de Janeiro, Jakarta, Mexico City and many more places. He had the honor of meeting over 700 startups around the world and helping them turn their dreams into reality.
​7.jpg​Mr. Ronel Mor
Since 1994 Ronel has been active in the interactive medium.  With a background in both industrial design and visual communication design, Ronel is the head of the Interactive design program at the Visual Communication Department at Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem where he teaches since 2001. In 1998 he founded Mantis, a leading design firm in Tel Aviv, where he lead and directed hundreds of web related projects for internationally acknowledged brands, museums, television broadcasters, and global corporations. Ronel is the Founder and CEO of DropReview and Co-founder of Samba.me. Ronel is an acknowledged speaker in the fields of UX and branding and speaks at prominent professional and academic events in Israel and worldwide.
​8.jpg​Mr. Daniel Pomerantz
Daniel Pomerantz worked for 12 years as a transactional lawyer in New York and Chicago, before making aliya to Israel. Daniel has run several entrepreneurial ventures throughout his career, including the Israeli edition of Playboy Magazine. Currently he develops content and long term strategies with the media monitorin​g group, HonestReporting. Daniel is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC.
​9.jpg​Dr. Mel Rosenberg
Dr. Mel Rosenberg  is best known for his basic and applied research o​n the microbiology, diagnosis and treatment of bad breath (Smellwell). His research at Tel Aviv University led to the development of two phase mouthwashes, now popular in the UK (Dentyl pH) and in other countries. Other innovations include devices that help diagnose bad breath, underarm deodorants, anti-malodor flavors, and microbial inoculators. Prof. Rosenberg has published over one hundred articles, patents and books. He has received awards for his research, and honorary appointments from universities in the U.K., U.S. and Canada. His work has been featured in both popular and scientific media (Scientific American, New Scientist, CNN, Science magazine and BBC News). Professor Rosenberg took early retirement from Tel Aviv University in 2009. He currently teaches academic courses dealing with creativity, entrepreneurship, career success, storytelling and sixties music. He is a prolific writer, and co-founder of www.ourboox.com, an international self-publishing platform. He is a jazz singer and musician, and has produced two CDs ("The Aroma of You" and "The Essential Mel").

Liraz Sharabani holds a BA in Business Management, majoring in entrepreneurship at the "Zell Entrepreneurship program". Liraz started working at IDC and gained significant experience in developing educational programs focusing on entrepreneurshipCurrently, she manages the curriculum development and teach in several venture creation programs such as: MEET Program, AppleSeeds and Heseg Foundation. In addition Liraz is part of the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship faculty at IDC Herzliya, where she teach at the WashU Program, Sustainability School and the Government School.

Oded Golan is the Co-Founder of Start A Fire. A Tel Aviv based startup leading the field of content sharing. Oded founded Start A Fire in 2013, led it through two investment rounds from VCs and pri​vate investors, and got it to where it is today, serving thousands of brands worldwide. Since his army service in 8200, Oded lead R&D teams in various startups. in 2010, Oded produced TEDxHolyLand, the first TEDx conference to be held in Jerusalem. Oded holds a Bachelor in Computer Science with honors from IDC Herzliya and University of Pennsylvania exchange program. Oded also holds an MBA from IDC Herzliya International School.

Yair Finzi is the CEO of SecuredTouch, a startup that connects Cyber Security, FinTech and Data Science in order to research and analyze how people interact with mobile devices. For the past 12 years, Yair has been leading hardware, software and system engineering groups, with a strong focus on Cyber Security & Fraud Prevention products. Prior to founding SecuredTouch, Yair served as Head of Cyber Security Department at the Israeli Ministry of Defense.Yair holds B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering and MBA major in Strategy and  Entrepreneurship (magna cum laude), both from Tel-Aviv University.

Omri Shabi is the CMO at Viewly. He is an enthusiastic entrepreneur and a visionary at heart - I like to connect the dots and see how a long term dream is can become a daily reality due to a person's perseverance, determination and creativity. I love to work with intelligent people, but more than that - I love to work closely with the brave ones. I thrive on the excitement of finding creative solutions to complicated challenges, this is why I'm so excited about the Growth Hacking niche and developing new markets. Most importantly, I love to help people anywhere, anytime, especially young entrepreneurs! Practically, I bring multidisciplinary values with lots of experience and professionalism in fundraising, negotiation, strategy, business development, collaboration and partnerships, market research, complex project management, financial acumen, cost-cutting, managing budgets of millions of dollars, marketing, growth hacking and community building. I am strong in developing company activities, implementing strategies that significantly improve R&D, marketing, sales and growth. I was born and raised in London before joining the IDF and making Aliyah. After my service, I studied Government & Politics in t​he IDC and (most importantly) adopted my dog Mufasa from a local shelter in Herzliya. During my studies I gained experience in biz dev and marketing at 90mins as well as being the IDC international ambassador in London. Since graduating in 2014, Mufasa & I founded DOGIZ to help urban dog owners connect with the best service providers in their neighbourhood. I currently split my time between London & Tel Aviv and am looking to give back to the next generation of IDC entrepreneurs.

Ms. Anat Ben Barouch is the Head of Business Development and lnnovation at Amit, Pollak, Matalon and Co., one of Israel's top law firms. An​at holds a B.A. in Educational Consulting and Economy from Ben Gurion University (Cum Laude), an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Tel –Aviv University, and a MSc. in Marketing from City University of New York (Cum Laude). Anat is an entrepreneur and a consultant who specializes in business strategy combined with deep organizational knowledge and years of experience as VP Marketing & Business Development. She combines a passion for innovation with a deep understanding of the challenges facing organizations wanting to adapt their innovation culture. As an entrepreneur she is the Co-Founder of SIGO, an early stage start up with a messaging app for making choices together. She was also the Co-Founder, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at MicroSteps Technologies. After much success the company was sold. As a consultant, she provided executive level strategic marketing and organizational consulting services. Among her clients were Brands Force -a startup, Leumi Bank, Tel Hashomer Hospital, Plasan Sasa, Amtel, Algorithmic research, I-wood – a startup, Ben Gurion University, JWRP New York and many more. Anat was also the Vice President of Marketing of the College of Management.

Co-Founder and CEO at SensoryTreat
Oren is​ a visionary entrepreneur who fuses his background in business & product management with his passion for making a meaningful impact in the world. He is the founder of Treat, a digital health company that helps therapists and families of children with special needs. Prior, he was CEO of a fin-tech startup (serving US, UK and Brazil) which he led to M&A; and an engagement leader at the consulting firm Shaldor. Oren gives back to the startup community as a mentor at the 8200 Social Program, MindCET and EISP accelerators and the IDC School of Entrepreneurship. He has an LLB and MBA from Hebrew University; he is married, father of 2 and used to be a professional swimmer.

Independent Consultant, Mentor, Writer, Speaker
Baruch Deutsch is a hi-tech industry veteran, with over 25yrs of hands-on marketing experience. He worked 20yrs in Silicon Valley, California, where he held senior management positions at major corporations (e.g. Cisco Systems and Cadence Design Systems) as well as at start-ups (3 of which were acquired). Currently Mr. Deutsch consults with hi-tech companies, serves as mentor at hi-tech accelerators, authors blogs and appears as a guest speaker. Mr. Deutsch has a BSEE and MSEE degrees in computer engineering, and an MBA degree in Marketing and Finance. He is completely fluent in both English and Hebrew.

Gavin Suss was born in South Africa, ​​and immigrated to Israel with his family at the age of 9. He has a Ph.D. in 
Education and Management from Tel Aviv University and he graduated the executive managers program at Harvard Business School. He is an expert in innovation and creativity and lectures al around the globe. For years he served as the academic director at the acclaimed Design and Engineering College Shenkar. He was elected as executive director of the High Committee of Public Colleges in 2006, and served as a Director of the Central Archive for the History of the Jewish People. For the past decade he is VP Corporate at Keter Plastic and a board member at the Infinity investment group.

Co-Founder and Head of Business Development at OnO Apps
Nimrod Bar-Levin was in the 4th Zell class in 2005. He completed a joint degree in Law and Business Administration. Nimrod currently serves as the Co-Founder and Head of BusDev at OnO Apps, which offers high added value iOS-, Android- and HT​ML5-based solutions for corporates and startups around the globe. OnO Apps was acquired by Matrix in 2015.Nimrod wrote the very first children business book - Buzz's Business which was sold in Israel and on its way to be published in the US as well.

Co-Founder and CEO at VCforU.com
She worked as a risk management consultant contracted by companies such as Novantas. Prior to which she worked as a programmer at SAP. Nilli revamped marketing strategy at Fundacion IRES helping women and children in domestic violence situations. Nilli is also part of the leading team at Elevation W, a women entrepreneurship program. She studied math and computer science at Tel Aviv University, and did an MBA in IESE Barcelona. Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Nilli recently moved back to Israel with her two shining kids and husband, after spending 5.5 years in Barcelona. She is extremely passionate about empowering women, and in general wants all creatures to be happy and free.

Gil Dotan is the CEO and Co-founder of "Guardian Optical Technologies", a disruptive Automotive sensing technology company. He previously co-founded Passion-Ant - a P2P service platform that monetized content websites. Natasha Shine-Zirkel was born in London, raised in California and made Aliyah at the age of 19. She has an Associate’s Degree ​in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management from Irvine Valley College and a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance from The IDC Herzliya. Natasha worked as the Program Coordinator of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at The IDC Herzliya and then took the role of Compliance Coordinator at SafeCharge, prior to her joining the Rounds team in 2009 as the 9th employee. As part of her current role as Rounds’ CMO, Natasha is responsible for all of the marketing and business development efforts of the company as well as working with Rounds CEO on all the business on-goings. In her free time, Natasha likes to help start-ups and does so by mentoring at Google Campus Launch Pad, Campus for Moms, Up West Labs, The Junction, Siftach, IDC and The Zell Entrepreneurship Program. Natasha also guest lectures on Mobile Marketing at many academic venues.
