​Program Leadership


Prof. Yair Tauman Prof. Yair Tauman is the Academic Director of the program and a renowned Professor of Game Theory and the Founding Dean of the new Adelson School of Entrepreneurship.
He also serves as a Director at the Center for Game Theory in Economics at the State University in Stony Brook, NY.
​Moran Nir is the Executive Director of the Zell Program.
She hold a B.A. in computer science, with a major in entrepreneurship from the Zell Program at IDC Herzliya, where she also received the Efi Arazi Scholarship for leadership. Her work experience is diverse, she led the MassChallenge Israel accelerator program and worked in several startups, including two which she founded. Moran is a guest lecturer at entrepreneurial events and is passionate about innovation, community and education, and connecting them to make a difference.
Gil Karie is the Project Manager of the program. Gil was the former deputy editor-in-chief of Forbes magazine in Israel, participated in various large scale conference activities and gained over the years a deep knowledge of the field and the people leading it. Gil holds a B.A in communication and film from Tel Aviv University.
Caroline Budwig is the Coordinator of the program. Over the past few years she has managed international projects and worked with Jewish communities, student organizations and NGO's in Israel and abroad. She holds a BA in Political Science and Communication from Ben Gurion University.
