Class of 2021



Arielle Stephenson is a third-year Law and
Government student at Harry Radzyner Law
School at IDC Herzliya. Arielle grew up in Sydney,
Australia, and moved to Israel at the age of 19.
Prior to moving, Arielle was the Educational
Program Director at Sydney’s largest Jewish Youth
Organization and an Australian delegate at the
Tikvah Institute’s Fellowship Program on US-Israel
strategic ties held in NYC. During her first two
years of study at IDC, Arielle won the international
collegiate moot court competition at Princeton
University and participated in the International
Criminal and Humanitarian Law Clinic at IDC.
She currently works as an instructor and guide
at the Center for Israel.


Dore Dadon is a third-year student in Business
Administration at the Raphael Recanati
International School at IDC Herzliya, specializing
in Digital Innovation. Dore was born in Israel, but
was raised in Miami, Florida. After graduating high
school, she moved to Israel in order to pursue her
studies at IDC. During her studies at IDC, Dore
participated in numerous extracurricular programs,
including TAMID, CO-OP Startup Experience, Project
Ohr and The IDC Internship Program, where she
landed her current job at a high-tech start-up in
Tel Aviv. She frequently volunteers at JLIC, a Jewish
college program on campus, and has previously
volunteered at Esra, an organization helping
English-speaking immigrants acclimate to life in
Israel.



Eden Kalderon is a third-year student at the
Lauder School of Government Diplomacy and
Strategy at IDC Herzliya. In the IDF, Eden was
a sergeant in the Spokesperson’s Unit and was
responsible for its public diplomacy. During her
studies at IDC, Eden took part in IDC’s Mentor
Program and she also participated in the firstever volunteer delegation to assist refugees in
Greece, where she taught the refugees advanced
English, along with art and sports. Currently,
Eden is the co-manager of GreenBiz, a program
for entrepreneurship, business, and sustainability
under the IDC Entrepreneurship Club.


​Efrat Ifrach is a third-year Dean’s List student
in the joint program for Law and M.A. in Law,
Technology and Business Innovation at Harry
Radzyner Law School at IDC Herzliya. In the IDF,
Efrat served as a combat medical team trainer
in the Medical Corps. Efrat graduated high
school when she was only 16, giving her time to
volunteer at ICU in Magen David Adom. During
her studies at IDC, Efrat took part in the Debate
Club and the IDC’s Refugee and Immigrant Rights
Clinic. Efrat has also been involved in the Student
Union as a class representative. In the upcoming
academic year, Efrat will participate at Law


Gal Avisar is a third-year Dean’s List student
in the joint Law and M.A. Program in Law,
Technology and Business Innovation at Harry
Radzyner Law School at IDC Herzliya. Gal served
as an intelligence officer in the IDF, and received
an Outstanding Professional Award from the
IDF Chief of Staff. During her studies at IDC, she
worked in the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office in
the Criminal Division Practicum. Gal volunteers
as a tutor at the Olim Lemishpatim Program and
at Nadan Association, which provides legal aid
to soldiers during their military service. In the
upcoming academic year, Gal will take part in the
Legal Clinic for Start-Ups.


Joshua Luck is a third-year student in Business
Administration at the Raphael Recanati International
School at IDC Herzliya, specializing in Marketing.
Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Joshua moved to
Israel in 2018 to pursue his studies at IDC. Prior to
moving, Joshua was an ATP World Ranked Professional
Tennis Player and competed for many years on the
International and National Junior Circuits. In the
upcoming academic year, Joshua will participate in the
UpStart Entrepreneurship Program and will also work
as an Operations Manager at “Fitto”- a Tel-Aviv based
IOT data intelligence Start-Up.


Lee Gizi Koth is a third year Dean’s List student in
the joint Law and MBA program at Harry Radzyner
Law School at IDC Herzliya. In the IDF, Lee served as
an officer in the Israeli Intelligence Corps.
Previously, Lee was a delegate of the Jewish
Agency and is currently taking part in a project of
returning emissaries. During her studies at IDC, Lee
participated in the Community Legal Assistance
Clinic, Debate Club, Artemis Club for Female
Entrepreneurship, and TechTalk Club. Currently, Lee
volunteers in the International Project Sunshine. For
the past year, Lee has been working at the Privacy
Protection Authority, in the database team. 


Mai Texerman is a third-year student in the joint
program for Government and Sustainability at
the Raphael Recanati International School at
IDC Herzliya. After graduating high school at
16, Mai moved to Switzerland to learn German
and travel. During her studies at IDC, Mai took
part in the RRIS Debate Society, through which
she competed in Budapest, Vienna and Athens.
Currently, Mai is part of the Student Union,
where she has been class representative and
sustainability coordinator for the past two
years. In her spare time, Mai teaches English to
refugees in south Tel Aviv.



Ofek Mushkat is a third-year Dean’s List student in
the Strategy and Decision-Making Honors Track at the
Lauder School of Government Diplomacy and Strategy.
In the IDF, Ofek served as an officer in the Intelligence
Corps elite unit. Throughout his seven years of service
in the IDF, Ofek held a variety of positions including
combatant, commander, and operational planning
officer. As a token of appreciation for his service, he
received an Award of Excellence. During his first year
of studies at IDC, Ofek interned as a data analyst
at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS).
Currently, he is the COO of a business aviation start-up,
responsible for all of the company’s communications
abroad, legal procedures, and R&D planning


Omar Shalabby is a second-year student in the joint
Law and Business Administration program at Harry
Radzyner Law School at IDC Herzliya. In addition
to his studies, Omar takes an active role in the IDC
Debate Society, where he participates in national
and international debate competitions. Among other
accomplishments, during his first year as a debater,
Omar won the IDC Debate Championship and was
named the top first-year speaker in the competition.
Omar volunteers at the Law for Community program,
where he assists attendees of the court of Tel-Aviv in
writing legal documents and requests. Omar is also
an alumnus of Hands in Peace, a summer program
empowering young Israelis, Americans, and Palestinians
to raise their voice as leaders of change.


​Omer Dory is a third-year Dean’s List student at
the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and
Strategy at IDC Herzliya. In the IDF, Omer served
as a team commander and project manager in
the elite 8200 unit. He received the Northern
District’s Outstanding Soldier Award in 2016.
During his studies at IDC, Omer participated
in Lauder’s School Mentors Program, IDC’s
Cyber and Information Security Club, and has
volunteered in the Third Generation for the Third
Age program. Omer also took part of the Herzliya
Conference in 2019. 


Oren Rubin is a fourth-year Dean’s List student
in the joint program for Law and Government
at Harry Radzyner Law School at IDC Herzliya.
In the IDF, he served in a special unit, Meitar,
in the artillery forces as a company sergeant
major. During his studies at IDC, Oren took part
in the Judicial Proceedings Practicum, where
he assisted a district court judge. Previously,
Oren worked as a research assistant for a
comparative and constitutional law expert and
as a debate instructor at Debate Company in
schools across the country. In the upcoming
academic year, Oren will participate in the
Legal Clinic for Start-Ups.


Uri Friedman is a third-year Dean’s List student in
the honors track in Decision-Making and Strategy
at the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy
and Strategy at IDC Herzliya. In the IDF, Uri served
as a battalion HR officer. During his studies at
IDC, Uri took part in managing the Media in
Conflict Seminar, advocating for objective conflict
coverage. Currently, Uri works as an analyst and
consultant for YS Growth Strategy, a strategicconsulting firm for the private and public sector.
In addition, he recently finished an internship for
the INSS’ Advanced Technologies and National
Security Program, and is currently volunteering as
digital manager for the “Civic Cabinet” NGO.


Vera Bohm is a third-year Government student
at the Raphael Recanati International School at
IDC Herzliya. Vera was born in Switzerland and
decided to study in Israel after having worked
several years in the banking and finance sector.
Vera currently specializes in Counter-Terrorism
and Homeland Security and is planning to do
a Masters program in the same field. Vera has
volunteered with Shurat HaDin, an organization
that fights terrorism in the legal arena.


Yitzchak Beller is a fourth-year student in the
joint program for Law and Government at Harry
Radzyner Law School at IDC Herzliya. In the IDF,
Yitzchak served as a commander and sergeant in
a combat unit. During his studies at IDC, Yitzchak
took part in GreenBiz, Model UN, Reservists
on Duty, and the International Humanitarian
Law Clinic. Previously, Yitzchak worked as an
instructor at the Center for Israeli Innovation,
where he presented the Israeli hi-tech ecosystem
to international delegations. Currently, Yitzchak
works in the telecommunications field in Telrad’s
sales department.


Yoav Singer is a third-year student in the Honors
Track of Strategy and Decision-Making at the
Lauder School of Government Diplomacy and
Strategy. Yoav served in the IDF elite 8200
unit. As a student, Yoav took part in managing
the Media in Conflicts Seminar for objective
conflict-coverage and volunteered at the Shagi
Project, bringing together Israelis from different
social sectors. He is currently managing the Israel
Young Pugwash’s branch at IDC. Yoav works as a
data analyst for Tastewise, a start-up leveraging
AI solutions for food and beverage companies.
In the upcoming academic year, Yoav will take
part in the Public Diplomacy Honors program
and in a practicum program at Deloitte.
